Todd Anderson
Chief Executive Officer
Todd D. Anderson is a seasoned executive with extensive expertise in the transportation, trucking, and railroad industries. Known for his strategic leadership and decisive decision-making, Todd excels at driving organizational success and spearheading efficiency enhancements. His career is highlighted by his ability to lead diverse teams through complex challenges, innovate new products and services, and implement transformative business strategies. Adept at managing comprehensive business operations, Todd consistently delivers on financial goals, expands operational footprints, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. His leadership approach is characterized by a commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Matt Wright
Chief Financial Officer
Matt joined Pinnacle in June 2022.
He comes to the company with over two decades of capital markets experience and over a decade of experience as a CFO.
Matt has diverse industry experience including manufacturing, tech, restaurants/retail, and others.
Matt has been a part of several successful transactions while working as an investment banker, time at a hedge fund, and as a private investor.
Matt holds an MBA from Goizuetta Business School at Emory University.
Rich Marvich
VP of Administration
Rich has been an integral member of the Pinnacle team since 2012 initially positioned as our controller, now serving as the VP of Administration. As our VP, he works closely with all departments effectively streamlining organizational goals while promoting profitable targets.
Rich began his early career as a weapons analyst in the US Army transitioning to the Department of Defense in late 2001. As a contractor, Rich worked mostly overseas supporting military mission objectives.
Rich and his wife Jenn have been married for 27 years, have one son and reside in Boaz, AL.
Matthew Bliss
VP of Engineering/R&D
Matthew joined the Pinnacle team in late 2018 as the Director of Engineering. He brings 15 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on Engineering, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and Team Building. Matthew has a B.S. in Engineering and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from GA Tech.
In his tenure, Matthew has lead projects in many areas of manufacturing including lost foam molding, automation, assembly lines, iron foundry, robotics, CNC machining, steel fabrication, research and development, quality control. He has led the team in the development of ABS Certified Intermodal equipment.
Matthew and his wife Jamie have been married since 2008 and have two little girls. They live in Boaz where they are active in the community and the local school system.
Danny Bryant
VP of Production
Danny has been on board with the Pinnacle team now for 11 years. He has 38+ years of Management experience within the Food, Construction and Steel Fabrication industries, with a heavy focus towards Customer Satisfaction and Company Growth.
His background entails extensive experiences with Plant Start Ups, Line Flow Creations, SOP Processes/Improvements, Quality Expectations, Purchasing, Employee Growth and Deadline Achievements.
He was born and raised in the Sand Mountain area of North Alabama. He is currently married to his wife of 19 years, Vanessa. They have 4 grown children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Chris Suttles
Director of Supply Chain
Chris is strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain with over a decade of hands-on experience in manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain management. He began his career on the shop floor where he gained a unique and comprehensive understanding of production processes, material flow, and the critical link between operational efficiency and business performance. That foundation enables him to bridge the gap between frontline execution and executive-level strategy, driving cost savings, optimizing supplier relationships, and building resilient supply chains that support sustainable growth.
He brings a “can-do” attitude to procurement and supply chain management, doing whatever it takes, to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of all necessary materials while harnessing the latest technology to drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making. His attention to detail is central to streamlining every aspect of supply operations, from materials management and purchasing to production planning, inventory management, and new product development.
Greg Glasscock
Director of Human Resources
Greg has been with Pinnacle Manufacturing since 2021 and
comes with over 20 years of Human Resources experience. His experience includes working in both the private and public sectors. Greg’s expertise includes employee engagement, benefits management, training and payroll.
During his tenure, he has led the charge implementing a new HRIS and payroll system along with restructuring the company’s benefits program. Greg has a BBA in Business Management from the University of Montevallo and is a national member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Tom Denham
Senior VP of Sales
James Christensen
VP of Sales
James comes to Pinnacle with over 20 years of experience in Fabrication, Construction, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. In addition to a B.S. in Welding Engineering, James is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, NACE Level II Coatings Inspector and has worked with ASME, API, CWB codes.
James worked with fabrication facilities worldwide during his tenure at FLSmidth as a Supply Chain Manager while managing the procurement and delivery of process equipment for the Mining, Oil and Gas, and Waste Water Treatment Industries.
As the General Manager for a Dollar Tree Stores Distribution Center in Joliet Illinois, James managed a 1.2 million Square Foot facility servicing 600 stores with a focus on quality, employee development, processes improvement and customer service.
Faisal Khan (FEZ)
Regional Sales Manager
Fez presently serves as a sales representative specializing in equipment refurbishment, after-sale parts & services. During his tenure with Pinnacle Manufacturing, he has served in numerous positions, initially serving as a product designer, fabrication manager, senior inspector, production controller, and logistics manager culminating in a sales position.
Fez is always committed to exceptional customer service and providing Pinnacle’s customers with consistent, quality products nationwide. His values start and end with making friends in the course of good business and he does it with honesty and integrity.
Mike Pine
Outside Sales
Mike started in the waste industry 8 years ago as a website content manager for aftermarket and OEM equipment parts. Mike worked his way into the parts division manager role within a year and then into an equipment sales representative role where he served for 4 years.
Mike has been a firefighter for 19 years and it is his passion. He is still very active with the fire department, not only responding to calls, but also working shifts during the evenings and on the weekends when needed. Mike is also very active in serving his community through fire department community service activities as well.
Mike and his wife have four children two boys, and two girls. He resides in Rochester, Indiana.
Daniel Inferrera
Regional Sales Manager
Daniel Inferrera is a results-oriented professional with a strong background in customer service, sales, and business management. His expertise spans areas such as client relations, relationship building, personnel development, and cost control.
Daniel has held key roles, including his most recent position as an Outside Sales Representative at National Trench Safety. With a degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and significant experience in leadership and team-building, he has consistently contributed to organizational success. Recognized for his strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and people-oriented approach, Daniel is driven to enhance both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Brad Wavrusa
Regional Sales Manager
Brad Wavrusa is a seasoned sales and project management professional with over three decades of experience in the construction and equipment rental industries. Most recently, he served as an Engineered Product Specialist/Project Manager at Texas First Rentals – Trench Safety, where he was responsible for quoting and installing engineered systems, training staff, and managing equipment inventory.
Throughout his career, Brad has excelled in various roles, including leading national sales at Topcon Laser Systems and developing new markets at Wacker Corporation. His extensive knowledge of trench safety equipment and his ability to foster strong customer relationships have established him as a trusted expert in the field. Based in Dallas, Texas, Brad continues to leverage his deep industry expertise to drive success and deliver exceptional customer service.
